A Hormesis Routine

Beneficial effects are found with a varied routine over a 7-day cycle such as:-

- Big 5 weight routine, each set to failure (an important Hormesis principle)
- Sauna
- Tabata training on a cross-trainer
- cold bath/ shower
- 1 hour fast walk
- GXP training - see link
- DAY OFF
Also Daily Meditation or Autogenic Training
